Back pull-out design. These pumps are basically designed for process services and suited for corrosive liquids containing solids and stringy materials. Semi open impeller which can handle 4 to 5% suspended particles and Expeller pump handles up to 30 to 35% slurry particles. Variety of mechanical seal fitment and jacketing option as per application requirement. The back pull out design helps the user to dismantle the pump without dismantling the Pump Casing from the Suction and Discharge piping. This helps in ease of Maintenance and the regular checks for wear and tear of Pump parts can be easily done. For back pull out Pump, spider and spacer coupling are only used for easy maintenance without disturbing pump alignment and piping etc. ANSI Pumps can take a designed pressure up to 20kg/sq.cm. and so can give a highly extended life of the pump in various chemical process applications
